Information We Collect

When StockBot AI is installed in a Discord server, we store the minimum data needed to configure and deliver the service.

• Discord server IDs, selected channel IDs, command settings, watchlists, alert preferences, and subscription status.
• Discord user IDs only when needed for user-requested alerts, owner commands, support, or audit logs.
• Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and billing portal identifiers needed to manage paid plans.
• Operational logs, health events, provider status, and aggregate usage data used to keep the bot reliable.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not store private Discord messages, general server chat history, member rosters, brokerage credentials, or payment card numbers. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

How We Use Information

We use stored data to route alerts and digests, respond to commands, enforce subscription access, process billing status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve reliability. We do not sell or rent customer data.

AI and Market Data Providers

StockBot AI may send ticker symbols, market context, command prompts, and non-sensitive configuration context to AI model providers and market-data APIs to generate summaries, alerts, and research responses. We do not intentionally send private Discord messages or payment information to AI providers.

Third-Party Services

The service uses Discord for bot delivery, Stripe for billing, Supabase for database storage, Railway for hosting, AI model providers for analysis, and market-data providers for financial data. Each provider processes data under its own policies and terms.

Retention and Deletion

Server configuration is retained while the bot remains installed or while a subscription/account relationship is active. Billing records are retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and Stripe recordkeeping. To request deletion of non-billing service data, contact support from the server owner account or the support server linked in /help.

Security

We use access controls, environment-secret handling, database permissions, and operational monitoring to protect service data. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal or brokerage information to the bot.
