Agreement
By installing, using, or subscribing to StockBot AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you install the bot for a Discord server, you represent that you have permission to configure bots and paid services for that server.
Research-Only Service
StockBot AI provides alerts, summaries, ticker research, market context, and automated analysis. The service is for informational and educational use only. Nothing in the service is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, tax advice, legal advice, or a promise of any trading outcome.
No Subscriber Trading
StockBot AI does not connect to subscriber brokerage accounts and does not execute trades for subscribers, Discord members, or customer servers. Any internal paper-trading, testing, or owner-controlled trading logic is separate from the customer alerting service.
No Performance Guarantees
Market data can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. AI-generated analysis can be wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own trading, investing, risk management, and compliance decisions.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan features, and trial availability may change for future customers, but active subscriptions will be handled according to the billing terms shown at checkout. You can manage payment method, invoices, cancellation, and plan status through the Stripe billing portal or the bot's billing command where available.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, scrape or resell outputs as a competing product, reverse engineer private systems, bypass subscription controls, overload commands or APIs, use the bot for unlawful activity, or present StockBot AI outputs as certain trading results.
Availability and Changes
The service depends on Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, market-data providers, AI providers, and other third-party systems. Features may be delayed, degraded, changed, paused, or removed as needed for reliability, security, provider limits, product quality, or legal compliance.
Intellectual Property
StockBot AI, its software, designs, generated service structure, and branding are owned by the StockBot AI operator or its licensors. You may use bot outputs inside your authorized Discord server, but you may not copy, sell, or repackage the service as a competing product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockBot AI is provided as-is and as-available. The operator is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, incorrect data, AI errors, Discord outages, provider outages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, illegal use, violation of these terms, or behavior that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service by removing the bot and cancelling any active subscription.
